SEO Clusterizer offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If the service does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation required.
How to request a refund
Payments and refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. You can request a refund in either of these ways:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Email us at [email protected] and we will process the request with Paddle on your behalf.
Processing and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle usually processes refunds within a few business days; how quickly the money appears depends on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are issued in the original currency of the transaction.
Cancellations and renewals
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account page or the Paddle billing portal. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further payments are taken. If a renewal was charged unintentionally, contact us and we will review the request.
